Promotes and safeguards the welfare and well being of animals. These Rules and Regulations shall be strictly construed in favor of the welfare and rights of animals by ensuring the protection and security of their five basic freedoms:

1. Keep the puppy or dog inside the pond and do not allow it to leave.

2. Complete the 5-in-1 vaccine and anti-rabies, it will be updated annually.

3. Take a dog or cat to the veterinarian when he or she is sick

4. Even with leash just have walk time/off leash time..

5. You can't give a dog or cat; you can contact us about this.  

6. You can't surrender the pet to the dog pound.

7. Consider neutering or spaying your adopted pet at the right age.

8. Keep us updated by sending a photo and video of your pet.

9. We can visit the dog or cat at any time.

10. You must always love and care for your adopted puppy or dog as you would your own children.

The relinquishment of all rights, title, claim or possesion of the animal with the intention of not reclaiming or resuming its ownership or possession, or if the animals are left in circumstances likely to cause the animal any unnecessary suffering, or if this abandonment results in the death of the animal.
